MARVIN YIP（「我們」）負責營運本 Facebook App。本 App 目前供獲授權的管理者管理達德中醫 Facebook Page 使用。
2. 我們處理的資料
當管理者授權並使用本 App 時，我們會處理完成操作所需的 Meta 授權 Token、Facebook Page 名稱與 ID、Page 權限或管理任務、管理者要求發布的文字和圖片，以及管理者要求分析的 Page 貼文與洞察資料。本 App 目前不讀取訪客的私人訊息或留言，也不建立訪客個人資料檔案。
3. 使用目的
我們只為驗證管理者授權、找出其有權管理的 Page、執行管理者要求的 Page 操作（例如發布貼文或圖片），以及在管理者要求時分析 Page 成效而處理資料。我們不出售 Meta 資料，也不將其用於廣告定向。
4. 保存與安全
目前的工作流程不使用本網站保存 Facebook 資料，也不建立獨立的 Page 資料庫；API 回應只在完成管理者要求的操作或分析時處理。管理者可將授權資料保存在自己控制的 Google Drive 文件中；我們會在需要執行 API 操作時使用該授權資料，並避免將 Token 放入公開網頁。已發布的內容會依 Facebook 的服務和設定保留在 Facebook。
5. 分享與第三方服務
為完成管理者要求的操作，資料可能會由 Meta 接收或回傳。若管理者使用 AI 助理操作本 App，相關指令、授權資料及 API 回應會由 OpenAI 服務處理。Google Drive 可能用於管理者自行保存授權資料。本政策頁由 Cloudflare Pages 託管；Cloudflare 可能依其服務方式處理基本連線資料。各服務提供者亦依其自身的政策處理資料。
6. 資料刪除請求
如欲查詢、更正或刪除本 App 處理的資料，請寄信至 marvin_yip@yahoo.com，並註明 Facebook App、相關 Page 及你的請求。我們會核實請求並按適用規定處理。管理者也可以在 Facebook 帳戶設定中撤銷 App 授權，並刪除自己保存授權資料的 Google Drive 文件。

1. Who We Are
MARVIN YIP ("we") operates this Facebook App. The App is currently for authorized administrators managing the Dade TCM Facebook Page.
2. Information We Process
When an administrator authorizes and uses the App, we process the Meta authorization token needed for the operation, Facebook Page name and ID, Page permissions or tasks, text and images the administrator asks us to publish, and Page posts and insights the administrator asks us to analyze. The App currently does not read visitors' private messages or comments or build profiles about visitors.
3. How We Use Information
We process information only to verify administrator authorization, identify Pages they are authorized to manage, carry out requested Page actions (such as publishing posts or images), and analyze Page performance when requested. We do not sell Meta data or use it for ad targeting.
4. Retention and Security
The current workflow does not use this website to store Facebook data or maintain a separate Page database. API responses are processed to complete the administrator's requested action or analysis. An administrator may keep authorization information in a Google Drive document they control; we use it when an API operation is needed and do not place access tokens on this public website. Published content remains on Facebook according to Facebook's services and settings.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
Meta may receive or return information to complete requested actions. If an administrator uses an AI assistant to operate the App, related instructions, authorization information, and API responses are processed by OpenAI services. Google Drive may be used by the administrator to store authorization information. This policy page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process basic connection data as part of its service. Each provider also processes data under its own policies.
6. Data Deletion Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information processed by this App, email marvin_yip@yahoo.com, identifying the Facebook App, the relevant Page, and your request. We will verify and handle the request under applicable requirements. Administrators can also revoke the App's authorization in Facebook account settings and delete any Google Drive document they use to store authorization information.
